Question....So maybe i should just stick with the Pb shakes, along with the paragone, and then try a flush like Clarks or Julia Changs? I want to do something that will be effective and strong enough to cleanse myself....the kit seems easy but, if it isn't very effective then maybe i wont try it. In your opinion what cleanse for liver and bowels do the majority of people seem to get results from? Thanks again....
