Hello Shelly. I took the test and I am a kapha(i believe thats what it is called) dosha. For about 4 months, I've been having on and off yeast infections. I also been feeling very disoriented almost, like my brain is constantly out of it, and I feel very disconnected. I've been having a lot of panic attacks and dizziness also. I also have
rectum itching
anxiety to wear my skin feels like its crawling
lack of concentration
constipation/diarrhea
major fatigue
irritability
feeling a pushing on my bladder which my doc thinks might be endometriosis
when I drink caffeine it makes me VERY OUT OF IT!!(alcohol too)
nauseua
neck and back stiffness
and Depression as a result of these symtomes
Shelly, I am having a hard time coping because before recently, I had been on and off antidepressants and now I don't want to take them because I know my body is toxic enough. My doc put me on birth control a month ago and I felt like it made my symptoms so much worse. There were points where I felt so paralyzed from the anxiety, neck, and back pain. I am 20 years old and I'm so scared that this is not going to go away soon because I'm in college and its quite stressful to handle the 2 of them
Up until now, I've been taking vitamins, probiotics, threelac for almost a week, and improved my diet to include no sweets, cheeses, caffeine, or alcohol. I don't know what to do and I'm so overwhelmed with all the stuff I read on this forum. Please help. Oh and yes, I am a capricorn! I am very into signs thats why I made it my name.
