Shelley if i did Liver-Flush on Sunday, can i go to school on Monday but of course i will keep my activities not too heavy

Can i do SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at 4 am in the morning? I've read that we have to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) around 5 am - 7 am because something open and making the flush more effective
