From my personal experience, being on The Master Cleanse while drinking P &B shakes gave me fast results in getting rid of mucoid plaque ( I had ropes by day 4 and didn't start the P&B until the end of day 2).
That is just my sole experience alone. I was actually encouraged by fellow curezone posters to add the P&B shakes to my fast becasue it is easier & quicker to eliminate the Mucoid Plaque on the Master-Cleanse & the fasting speeds up the results of getting rid of ropes because it "loosens" it up .
It did work for me. Not tryin to be argumentative, I just wanted to share my experience and what some others shared with me because it was so amazing and happened so quickly and greatly improved my overall health
