Thanks-and it is the dark, good stuff I like. Unfortunately it's looking like I may be up for some required changes as of tomorrow. I have spoken to a holistic specialist(appointment is tomorrow)though she said it already sounds like I have 'serious'(eek)adrenal issues(have most of the symptoms). I have a v.good diet though I think stress and 'past' Sugar abuse set it off. Will let everyone know if I hear anything interesting. Though many of you here probabaly have the wisdom anyway :)
