Low temps is usually thyroid hormones, not adrenal, altho if the thyroid is weak the adrenals will work harder to compensate. I'd say the flush stirred things up a LOT. Go ahead and eat a diet higher in protein than usual, preferably nuts, eggs, legumes and whole grains, fish, with plenty of good oils. Pile down sweet potatos and spinach, kale, parsley, cilantro. You gotta rebuild! :) but totally avoid breads/refined flour.

Plus, I'm thinking that people whose ills tend to run to the glands rather than other areas are people who metabolically need more protein/oils per the metabolic type guidelines.
