ok- so i did the colonic yesterday...to finish what i had started the day before if oyu remember. it went much better- still cramped some but he massgaed my belly and it helped a lot.
i also made sure i had food that morning and vitamins. i got a lot out but he feels i am somewhat impacted so i'll be goiung back.
i tell you- i feel slightly better. almost relieved in a way. i feel better after this flush. i must have had some toxins flushed out. he said there was some mucous too- although the day before in the morning i had eaten a lot of pineaplle. whatever though- i feel better- releived as i said. is this normal? also- does one carry emotions in the bowel that may be released with this type of thing?
