well, she is working on losing weight so she tries not to eat a lot, but it happens sometimes. that is why I was curious if that much of the flax oil might contribute to being 'too much of a good thing' with the amount of fat intake, you know? we're both trying to learn more about nutrition and it's so confusing at first!
