is it possible to get too much flax oil a day? for instance, taking 2-3 tablespoons 3 times a day? just curious, since my girlfriend has been taking quite a bit of flax oil lately telling me it is very good for her; I agree, but I wasnt sure how much was too much. is that too much fat in your diet when you are trying to lose weight?
