i will let you know what happens when i go on again to finish what i had started. it will either be today or tomorrow.
the rest of the night i felt great after i ate and i feel fine today. maybe it was a mix of everything. i know i hadn't eaten enough yesterday and i was tired from the night before (not much sleep). thanks for all you support. :)
