ok- i had my first colonic today. i could only go through 22 minutes of it though. this is what happened. it took a while for anything to come out- (it was a high tech machine- clear tubing- the person had their credentials up, very nice person)so there i am- finally some stuff started to come out- my intestines were cramping horribly. i had to have him stop- and start again- and the cramps came back as the water flowed in.
he said he could see what looks like toxins coming out and i saw debris. he said i was slightly inpacted by what he could see coning out and that's why it had taken so a bit for anything to come out. so- i am still cramping ( i must tell you that i am a baby when it come to intestinal pain). my legs got shakey as i was laying there. so- then i told him i couldn't do it any longer. he stopped- i went to the bathroom as my tummy cramped. i released a lot more feces and i also then got anxious, jittery, cold- maybe even nauseous. after my bowels emptied i felt a little better.
so- i only did it for 22 minutes. then after at home i got depressed and anxious....then i got ravenously hungry and i ate and felt totally better. i think in the midst of all this i had a low Sugar reaction which i haven't had in a while. the blues and anxiety are gone but what happened! he said he has never seen this happen. i will finish tomoorow or weds the other 25 minutes.
i must say- this same reaction happened except for the cramping when i did my first Liver Flush and coffee enema. so- maybe i stirred uo some toxins?
any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks
