My cholesterol last year was 202, before that was 221. To tell you the truth ever since I was really young I could feel the thumping of my heartbeat in my head. I have a strong pulse, do you know if that is normal? I am doing a Liver Flush this weekend, will that also help my HBP? Thanks for any response this really has me paranoid. BTW bp today 130/60
