Eating a high-fiber diet is excellent for your overall health and wellbeing, but nothing cleans as well as Bentonite clay and psyllium. :) So do try to change your diet to include more fiber, but keep up with the shakes too! The shake has a very specific action in actually dissolving and dislodging impacted fecal matter and exercisng/scouring the colon. :)
