It can take weeks to see any mucoid placque. Just keep taking the P&B shakes even if you aren't fasting and eating regular foods. There's no problem with that.

Fast until your tongue is clear and as long as your energy is good. If you start getting too dizzy, cold, numbing, tingling, stop fasting.
