I m going to take from 3 to 10 days herbal/vegetable fasting and include degestive enzymes, probiotic, and B&P.

I am thinking about to do this Monday. Tomorrow, I m going to go on supplement shopping. :)

Anyway, now how do I know how long I should stay on fasting? And is once to cleanse my colon enough? I know this cleanse goal is to get rid of mucoid plaque. What if I dont see any in first, second, and third days of fasting, what would you suggest me to do?
