Hmmm! That's interesting about the juice effects - perhaps it was Herximer, perhaps it was imbalancing for your system. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference! :) Which juices were you drinking exactly? I have problems with fruit juices from juice bars and wheatgrass myself.

You can eat the salad with fish and grains okay. :) Just don't mix it with dairy or animal protein and you should be fine.
