I'm trying so hard with my husband, too. He has allergies. He has done some things. But he doesn't so them long enough or with the extra-addeds that we do (like the EFAs and other supps). So he gives up. I keep telling him I've been trying to overcome constipation and rosacea nearly all my life, that I'd been through so many protocols...

Well, at least I've gotten some morning lemon water into him.
