1. Use your best judgement. People who are good at enemas can cheat a bit more often than others, because we can just flush it right out of our system. ;) Basically I meant you don't have to be so entirely strict with a low-fat diet. :)

2. Yepperz, I should have made that clearer. Once health goals are reached, you only need to do maintenence flushes about 2x a year. I forgot to do that, and boy did I suffer! argh!
