I haven't quite figured out how to do enemas yet but do plan to start after reading more on Curezone about them. I believe I have read somewhere else though - maybe Dr. Mercola's site - but I'm not sure - that enemas done too often would cause you to become dependent on them. That possibly you would get to where you could only have a BM if you did an enema.
Is there any truth to this?
I know lots of posters here are doing them so maybe they can relate their experiences.
