Yes I have been trying to take armour twice daily. I have forgotten to take the p.m. dose a few times. Do I take it with or without food? I still think that the fog could be thyroid related but my T7,T3,T4, and tsh are alway normal as long as I am taking 60mg of armour. This just seems like a mystery to me.
The only thing my nutritionist tells me is that I am too acidic which is causing the fog. My candida is getting better.
Also I have just started taking Intestinew by Renew life company. Its for healing the gut lining. What is your opinion on taking it?
