Butter bow thank for yur input but I have been on synthroid for 5 yrs and this past year switched to armour thyroid and still having the fog.
Shelly, The fog has been going on for 5 yrs straight but worse since I had my son 3 yrs ago. Now I feel almost brain dead!
I will take a three day break. I know I need to work more on lymph cleansing. I seem to be forgetting about those Lymphs!
Regarding the urinary frequency, I have had this for many years also. No discoloration, bad smell, or pain. I will check it better first thing in the morning. Maybe I will try cranberry juice. Hopefully its not to sugary! Thanks for your help and I will let you know if the fog lets up!
