Hi Shelleycat!
I have a few questions. First how long does it usually take to get rid of brain fog? I am doing colon cleansing, enemas, have done 2 liver flushes, probiotics, green drinks. I am so frustrated with it and its ruining my life in every aspect. I am trying to follow your notes the best I can. I know I have poor absorption in the small intestine because of what you said about the ridged fingernails and other tests that have been done. Any other thought of why I can't get rid of this? I want my brain back and I am desperate!

Another question. Do you know what causes urinary frequency?
When I get up in the am I drink 8 oz of lemon water and am urinating every 15 minutes for 2 hrs. I know I need to drink more but then I am on the toilet so often that I can't go anywhere. I am afraid to drink! I am up at night quite often also. I have been taking 1 tbs of ACV at night latley and then I am getting up even more! Any suggestions? I have read that being to acidic can cause it. My PH of salive and urine are always normal. Could I still be too acidic?
