Hi Shelly

I too have the vertical ridges on my nails. You wrote that vertical ridges mean poor absorbtion, especially in the small intestine.

I am concerned about that. I previously read in several places and was told by my doctor not to worry about them and that they just come as we get older.

But you saying they mean poor absorbtion has me worried. What can I do to get rid of them. I do plan on doing The Master Cleanser with P & B shakes later this month. Will that help? Anything else I can do or is it just cause I am getting older?
