Yep! Similar to Paleo diet.
Basically, you don't want to eat anything that didn't exist 10,000 years ago.
Grains are okay, you just can't eat Gluten grains, which are wheat, oats, and I think buckwheat. For the first 2-3 weeks of your canti-candida diet, avoid rice. Get to know Quinoa, amaranth, teff, millet, mung beans, lentils, garbanzo beans, aduki beans. Then you can add in wild rice, basmati rice, brown or white depending on your Dosha.
Lots of people like olive leaf, but I never took it. Beating candida is an expensive prospect, cheapest way to go is diet and the minimal supplements. No supplement is as effective as constant colon cleansing wtih an enema bucket or colema setup. People spend hundreds of dollars on ThreeLac, anti-fungals of all kinds, commercial cleansers of all kinds, when really they just need to spend 30 bucks on an enema bucket setup and use it daily.
Good luck! :)
