Yup, I know I don't get the nutrients I need, and as you can see from the time of this message, could use a littel more sleep as well.

I have a whole box of supplements and ThreeLac that I'm waiting to start on when I'm sure I can stick to the Candida diet. I've just quit my job, so I won't have to be "on" and running for a few weeks, so now is the time.
