No worries, horizontal ridges as if the nail is stepped is malnutrition. Seriously consider getting a juicer if you don't already have one. you need nutrients from real food that's easy to assimilate. Some kind of super-green supplement like E3live or Perfect Food would be wise too. And plenty of Kichadi with tons of veggies. :)
