Another question for you Shelly.....Why is soy milk worse than rice milk? I made my own soy milk the other day out of beans. Am I allowed to drink all that?

For the potassium broth, how should I wash the veges as to not allow the junk (dirt, etc) from the skins to get into my body??

Some ppl say its not safe to do a liver cleanse during fasting cuz juices are hard on the liver. So should I refrain from doing flushes during my fast then?
