it could have been that MP all right! Just keep an eye on your tongue from now on, when you brush your teeth in the mornings. The goal is to keep it clear, flat, no jaggies, nice red color. :) Whenever it gets messed up, think about what you ate the day before and adjust accordingly. Don't worry if it gets temporarily messed up due to cleanses.
