Using natural Sea Salt instead of table salt and increasing bile flow. :) So... liver flushing, liver supporting herbs, and pancreatic enzymes should do the trick. Use oils minimally during the cooking process, add oils when done cooking. IF the oil only gets light temperatures, it's much easier to digest.
