Ok, after much procrastination I will get an enema kit! That way I can do another flush in 3/4 weeks as I feel this is so important for me.

1) you say I should do frequent enema's. What does frequent mean?

2) the meal plan is brilliant, thankyou so much. With the CFs, however, I usually don't wake till about 8.45, ready to eat about 8.30. Does this have an effect on the meal plan?

3) I am a bit concerned about eating raw eggs?
