Hmm.. I always have a thick white coating on the back of my tongue! It is usually the only place it's coated.

I noramlly eat only good oils and lean meats for fats, and sometimes stir-fry often, but lately I've only been frying with Ghee.. Any other suggestions on helping digest fats?
