I always trust Garden of Life's products, I'm taking their digestive enzyme now because it has more Lipase (fats) than the others, and I'm upping my doses of EFAs so I need to be sure and digest them.

I also trust Solaray, their products have always done well by me.

Dr. Jensen recommends Kcal's pancreatic enzymes, I did well on those for years.

Beware of getting a full-spectrum enzyme complex that includes HCL betain, HCL betaine must be dosed very carefully or burning results. Best to use it as a separate supplement.

Some enzyme supplements add in Bromelain, which is just fine. It's from Papaya and Pineapple and helps to digest protein and cures gout.
