Hi Shelley,

I wondered about the digestive enzyme too. In addition I am wondering if you have heard of Rainbow Light's fiber product. It has the psyllium (sp?) and Bentonite in it with a few other things. I am wondering if this is o.k. to use instead of the straight p & b shakes? Also you mentioned in a post below about checking the tongue to determine if you were digesting fats properly? How is that?
