Hi shellycat. It's me. Kathy. Flimbs started posting this msg for me but now I'll take over. =)

TO answer your questions. My dosha type is Pitta, but I'm not muscular. hihihi....=) I'm just a lil' Asian gurl with big legs and then a thin upper body. My tongue is not coated. I excercise 5-7 times a week and eat only 2 full meals a day. I ALWAYS skip dinner cuz my body doesnt do well with digesting food at night. Plus I hardly ever feel hungry at night. I bruise really easily and also scar really easily. I dont heal well. I have scratch marks on my face from the age of 8. =( So sad......It's ok. I also have oily skin and Acne scars (pigmentation problems).

I think I'm pear shaped cuz my lower body is big and my upper body is small. Stinks! Oh well.....

Ok so now can u suggest a juice fast for me? I want to cleanse myself and perhaps get rid of some of my lower body fat. I should also let u know that I think I have some acid probs b/c wheneva I eat, my stomache doesnt digest the food well and I start burping afterwards for a long time, like hours after eating. It really stinks! My mom says something's wrong with my organs. What do you think?

I'm planning on doing a 30 day fast as soon as u give me a few more pointers. I have organic carrots and will buy more organic produce. You know, organic veges and fruits are SO expensive! How do you afford them? Is it okay to mix veges and fruits? Any good recipes??

I want to do Dr. Christopher's 3-Day Cleanse during my fast and 2 Liver Flushes as well. Any suggestions?

I heard that Liver Flushes will help with my healing of scars and wat not, but wat to help that weird burping? If I dont eat much and drink a lot, I dont get a lot of the burping but I still get it. It's like my food is 'stuck' and needs my 'help.'
