Sweetie, you still haven't told me anything about your health issues, whether your tongue is coated, your body type/Dosha, so I really cannot in good conscience make any recommendations on how to fast except stop fasting if you don't feel good.

It is definitely pointless to juice inorganic veggies. You'll just be ODing on pesticides!

Soy milk should never be drunk. Soy should only be eaten as tofu, and even then only in small amounts like the Japanese do in Miso. Soy messes with the thyroid.

Figure on doing about 3 salt flushes a week, 1 tblspoon flax oil, 2x a day.
