He Shelley! Hope your doing well.

I know that you recommend taking Malic Acid & Liquid Phosfood (instead of ES), but I am having a hard time finding it in the stores. The only Malic Acid I have found comes with Magnesium. Do you get yours online?

Also, Since I have low PH, would it be okay for me to take the Malic Acid? (Meaning does the acid in the name affect stomach acid?) And how long do I take these before a flush?

I am presently taking Julia Chang's tincures. There are 4 of them. Should I be taking these along with the MA and LP? Or am I overdoing it.
