No worries this time about digesting the olive oil as I threw it all up at 2 am on the night of the cleanse!

A problem with the protein shakes, i have just tested as intolerant to brazil nuts and almonds. Any replacements?

Also I wanted to do a detox bath tonight, but don't have any niacin. I have everything else though. Can I do it anyway, without the niacin?
