Hi Worthers! ah, another vata! :)
Restrictions? What restritions? LOL! ;) j/k. Actually, you can eat a lot of "bad" foods IF you eat them right! Balance them with very spicy teas and you just may digest them fine. ;)
Since you released SO many toxins into your system, I'd wait at least 2-3 weeks before the next flush. In the meantime, take those shakes, try 2 a day not just one, and do you have digestive enzymes? Lipase is really essential for helping the small intestine deal with all that oil.
It is crucial for you to experiment with the oil dose, you want to find the smallest amount that still yields a good flush so you dno't constantly overlaod your weak digestion. You can use tons of juice, but watch that oil!
Consider avoiding the Epsom Salts , if you take that. Most of the bad feeling you get after a flush is actually the overdose of ES and dehydration. Drink LOTS of water post-flush either way!
It will also help to drink peppermint teas and spicy teas. Suck on peppermint candy during your next flush, it'll make the next days easier!
Also, why are you stopping the shakes? It's good to keep the bowels moving ALL the time when you're detoxing. It encourages every system, lymphatic too, to dump their toxins into the bowels.
As for weight, what you want to do is eat lots of the kichadi because that won't congest you as it builds you up, and drink at least one protein drink a day WITH the nuts and two eggs. For snacks, eat nut butters, hummous, almonds, or sesame seeds with raisens. Be sure to eat a sweet potato 3x a week minimum. Indulge in whole-grain pancakes.
Hope that helps! :)
