It's basically The Master Cleanse drink drunk warm with apple cider vinegar added. :)

8 oz warm water
juice of 1/2 small lemon or lime
maple syrup or stevia to taste
dash of cayenne pepper, or drops of tincture
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
