Slight damage can be undetectable, much like high blood pressure. But if any of your tests that came out normal were done in the past year, chances are you're abosulutely fine - kidney wise, anyway. :) Much as I dislike western medicine, the tests ARE helpful - if you're truly sick. Many people I would consider sick test out normal though, argh!

And don't worry about multiple posts, this is a place for dialoguing!!! :)

So okay, you WERE a caffeine-a-holic once! Hmmm! The connection between the adrenals and urination isn't well documented, but it's there. So keep up with yoru liver cleansing, cleaning up your diet, and if your tongue is not coated with gunk, start taking an herbal complex of gotu kola and licorice. Be sure to take in plenty of essential fatty acids too. This will help feed the adrenals. Men need twice as much linolenic and linoleic acid as women, so this is doubly important for you! :) Udo Prime is highly recommended.

I have a post for basic kidney maintenence, things to do just to give it a break, that would be a good protocal for you to do for a couple weeks at least. And be sure to do some lymph cleansing!!! Very important, especially after a series of liver flushes.

Do you have any symptoms that indicate hemrrhoids or any kind of swelling in the rectal area that could be putting pressure on the bladder?
