Hi Chris! Were you actually diagnosed with kidney stones, or are you assuming based on this one symptom and the puffyness under the eyes? Do you have any other symptoms such as back pain?

Frequent urination can be due to infection, diet, prostrate, and weak adrenal glands. Have you ever been a caffeine addict? Are you overdosing on vitamin C or potassium?

To be sure, it'd be best to get a complete physical with a metabolic panel including creatinine, bun, white blood cell count and urine.

Bags under the eyes do indicate weak kidneys, but also too many bad fats clogging up the lymphatic system. Be sure to include lymph management such as dry brushing, trampoline, detox baths, lying inverted, castor-oil packs.

Sometimes the kidneys have been insulted so bad by toxins, congested liver, dehydration, that they are permanently damaged. :( Best to get a full workup, complete diagnoses, to be sure. Also, be sure to be on a low-protein diet and no dairy for awhile.
