If you're good about cleaning out your colon and lymphs, you can do another flush in 2 weeks, but it's best to wait about a month really.

What I tend to do is take liver supporting herbs for 3 weeks, plus occasional doses of oil - one tablespoon of flax/evening primrose - to keep the bile flowing, and then I start up with the soften stones stuff to prepare for my next flush. :)
