Hi Shelley. this forum is sooo hot..you go girl!!! It is so great to have a buddy out there you can ask"stupid" questions to.. thanks again for being there!! here's my question of the day: I had some detox headaches yesterday and today I've been an emotional mess.. tearful and stressed over things that really didn't warrant that strong of a reaction.I am normally very grounded/calm. I read about detoxing bringing out this stuff, BUT never had an explanation about what really is happening and why.could you illuminate this mystery for me...day 6 on PB"S and hanging in there!!
