Shelley, I seem to be a little confused, since in the past I've heard about my body being too acidic (BAD!), and needs to be brought to more alkaline state (GOOD :-).
Then I started reading how lot of problems with candida are due to stomach not having enough acids (HCL, etc.) so it needs more acid. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me in the whole picture.
You make a lot of complex things sound very easy, and comprehensible. Would you elaborate on the whole idea of acid and alkaline?
