Liver Flushing is mandatory when the endocrine system is weak! :)

There's a kind of domino effect that almost always starts with or at least involves the liver. Weak adrenals are often caused not just by stress and caffeine, but also weak thyroid as it tries to compensate for it, which it can't do for long. And weak thyroid is often due to weak/congested liver, as the hormones that trigger the thyroid are transfered in the liver. (TSH/T4/T3 cycle.)

So cleanse that liver! and consider taking Gotu Kola to feed the adrenals.
