Hi Shelly,

I use like 4 different types of probiotic,
1)Primal defence
2)Custom probiotics (www.customprobiotics.com)
3)jarrow
4)home made kefir.

I forgot to mention that I had candida 8 months ago which I got under control but then I started doing chelation with DMSA and ALA that flare candida as they are yiest food. At least I kicked out almost all toxic heavy metals from my body, I still have just a bit of mercury but the others(Cadium, lead, tim, aluminum, copper) are on normal ranges now. However after the chelation my bowel is a mess. I have had 4 colonics which really helped with my bad breath, insomia and since doing every day Pau d'arco enemas follow with Celtics sea enema and probiotic enema.
Yesterday I started coffee enema and I felt exaclty the same.
That is basically where I am right now. Also taking antifungals like pau d'arco, olive leaf, oregano oil,d supplements.
