I have read that xylitol is an okay Sugar as sugars go, definitely. Several pages and book on Candida recommended it, as long as you don't overdo.

I tend to be sensitive to anything that comes out of a lab so I stuck to brown rice syrup. I figured iwth all the colon cleansing I did, I could afford to throw the yeasties a bone now and again. ;)
