I took Amoxicilan for 10 days, the pain went away in 3 days, The pain came back a week later, so the dentist [erscribe 150 MG Clindamycin HCL, ever 6 hours.
If I get to 7 hours, I get pain agin. I have been taking the Clindamycin for 3 days. I have to brush and floss after every meal, or my upper tright back teeth start hurting.
I used to be able to just brush my teeth once a day, in the morning. I used to snack between meals. This brushing after very meal is changing my life style. I don't eat unless I am ready to go brush my teeth immediately afterwards.
I am thinking of taking the Clindamycin every 5 hours instead of every 6 hours. The effect seems to start wearing off at about 5 hours.
