A salt water flush is basically an enema that is drunk rather than implanted. :)

Heat up a quart of water until it feels warm to your elbow, but not hot. Add two teaspoons of Sea Salt and taste. If it tastes really salty, you're good to go. If it doesn't, you need more. It should taste as salty as chicken soup. The salt will make the water like sea water, so it pases right through your entire alimentary canal rather than getting absorbed into your tissues. Drink it down as fast as you can. Squat down and massage until you have to go. you'll get "butt pee" and hopefully lots of toxins, which are usually yellow.
