Thanks for welcoming me. To tell you the truth, I have been a "lurker" for a couple of months and descided to post today after reading your message.

I have normal thyroid function, but I have lost about 20# in the past year. I started off exercising mildly and changed my eating habits but I still kept losing weight long after I made those changes. I appear slightly underweight. I am seeing a endocrinologist who is testing me for hashimotos disease.

I will use organic milk or rice milk. I believe my liver is clogged because I am having a host of problems related to a congested liver. Will do a Colon Cleanse then liver cleanse.
